It is done by plain oils like coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil as per the body type as a

Time: 30 minutes warm oil massage done with specific strokes.
Method-Warm oil application is started from head (Bregma) this is considered as the main seat
and source of energy. Then to face and then to the other parts of the body with specific strokes .

The strokes the pressure, the pattern, the oil used and the temperature of the oil are the
main factors considered.
