Ayurvedic procedure which is made of gram flour and is placed on the back. The ring is sealed to prevent leakage and warm medicated oil is poured in the ring and kept warm for 30 minutes by replacing it with warmer oil. Warm medicated oils are poured on the back to reduce the pain, stiffness, and it helps reduce the degenerative changes of the joints.
